If you have any questions or concerns regarding the Hoya Softball Camps at Georgetown that are not answered on this site, please contact Shanan Conlan at 540-580-1530 or hoyasoftballcamps@gmail.com.
Registration/arrival time for day campers on the first day of camp is 3:00 pm on the campus of Georgetown University. That is the time of check-in for day campers the first day. Day campers should be dropped off by 9 am on Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday. All drop off and pick-ups will be on campus at Cooper Field.
Pick-up time will be daily at around 8:00 pm. Day campers will follow the same schedule as overnight campers with the exception of breakfast. Day campers do not eat breakfast at camp. Parents will be emailed a daily schedule prior to the first day of camp.
Camp ends at noon on August 1st. Day campers will need to be picked up at Cooper Field. Overnight campers should be met in the lobby of their dorm. They will need to go through a check-out process, which may take 15-30 minutes. Your daughter can help expedite this process by having her room packed and cleaned prior to our final morning session.
During breaks, campers will be dining in our cafeteria, spending time in the dorms or in the courtyard outside the dorms with supervision from camp staff. Their meal time takes up much of their break however if time allows, campers are allowed to visit the bookstore on campus during daylight hours and only with another camper present. If another parent is transporting your daughter for any reason, written permission is required from the camper’s parent. We take roll call before returning to the fields after each break so all campers are accounted for before the start of each session.

If your child has a league game during the week of camp, please fill out a permission slip during check-in. This will let us know what time she will be leaving and returning to camp as well as who will be picking her up and dropping her off. Another parent may pick her up to transport her to her game as long as we have the child's parent's permission slip prior to the start of camp.
